Piglet's 16th Adventure

[Accidental Video]

[Piglet's little body sits hunkered amongst a pile of clothes that create a makeshift shelter in the corner of some room. He mutters nervously to himself and tugs and pulls on some black thread that he's unwound from it's spool. His body has quite obviously been mangled, and it's clear that he's been trying to mend the damage by stitching himself back together again. Very very very poorly, as the black stitches are badly done and stand out against his soft pink skin.

After a moment he turns and sees his network device silently recording his actions and gives a soft apprehensive laugh as he tries to cover his poor handiwork.]

O-oh, h-h-hello there...........



I-It... I mean to say... I th-think I f-f-fixed things.

[He swallows hard and begins to fidget with a piece of thread hanging loosely off one hand... which only causes some fluffy stuffing to pop into sight. He sniffs and frowns, trying to push it back inside.]

Oh, d-dear dear... *sniff*.... P-Pooh always was Better at this......

[ooc: Piglet was chomped and chewed on by one of the Komodo dragons that rampaged about the City not too long ago. He's been in hiding at the flat he shares with Sam Tyler since then as he's trying to deal with such a scary experience.]

[The tone in Piglet's voice makes it quite clear that he really doesn't quite seem to get it, but thinks it's best to sound like he does.]

Ohhh, no. I don't think that's right at all. Why, I'm from a long l-line of talkers, you see. M-my grandfather, Trespassers William, was quite well Known for his talking... that's why his name was so Long.

Oh, he was also called Trespassers Will. That's shorter. Or Grandmother would call him T.W. which is reaaaally short.

Having longer names is good in case you ever lose one. Um.. so yes you can c-call me p-piggy if you like. It must be a shorter way to say Piglet yes?
