[Piglet stands on his tiptoes, hands pressed on the window sill as he tries to peer outside. He seems extremely agitated, and nervous (even for him). The little piglet gulps hard and peeks over his shoulder at the interior of the apartment where his network device sits transmitting everything.]

I-Is... Is it s-s-safe yet?

[He wrings his little paws together and glances a bit fearfully at the window and door of the apartment.]

[Piglet subconsciously reaches up and rubs his pore sore arm.]

S-s-several times! It was Horrible! [He swallows hard.]

I think I'd rather stay i-inside until it's Safe again...

Yeah, I'll bet! Some people pinch really hard, and when your arms are tiny to begin with, you must feel it more.

I'm pretty sure you'd be all right if you decided to venture out now, though.

[He doesn't look very comforted, and goes back to his station at the window to try to peek over the sill.]

I... I think I will just s-stay inside today. My... my haycorns should still be there tomorrow, shouldn't they?

It's a Saint Patrick's Day tradition and I'm fairly sure that's the day we're celebrating here.

Oh, yes, Saint Pad Rick's Day. [Acting like he knows what he's talking about.] It's his... his... Birthday!

W-will there be a party? M-m-maybe I can bring a balloon..

Not his birthday but it does commemorate him and the arrival of Christianity in Ireland.

Probably several parties at the different bars around the City. That's where most of it seems to take place.

[Reid is just outright smiling from ear to ear like a kid on Christmas. He's read enough of and experienced enough of the City that he trusts this is the very same Piglet he's read about. He's not going to make a big deal of it though]

Oh yes, that is, I u-used to... B-but, Christopher Daniel has been nice enough to let me stay with him at his house. I-It's very large. Oh, and Not a tree.

Oh, well... it is a very n-nice home of course. But it would be Nice if it were a l-little smaller. Piglet sized, I mean.
